Transportlabels.eu uses different carriers which you may select yourself. Once you choose the standard delivery (by PostNL) we will take care of the shipping costs. If you prefer to use a different carrier or want a specific service with the delivery, we charge an additional fee. This surcharge varies per carrier and option, but can be found in our checkout before you pay.
If you order before 4 p.m. on a business day, the order will be offered to your selected carrier the same day. If you order after 4 p.m. or on weekends, the order will be shipped the next business day with your selected carrier.
Once the order is packed and shipped you will receive an email with the track and trace, so you can follow the package at all times! If you are not present at the time of delivery, the delivery person will try again at a later time or possibly deliver to the neighbors. If this is not possible, the package will be available for pick-up at a pick-up point. You will receive a notification of this in your mailbox.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Once the order is packed and shipped you will receive an email with the track and trace, so you can follow the package at all times! Have you not received any emails from us? Check your ‘spam’ folder as the mail may have ended up there by mistake.
Your order may have been delayed by the carrier. It is wise to look at the track and trace first, there you can find a lot of information about the delivery of your order. If you see anything strange or have any doubts, you can always contact us and we will be happy to check it out with you!
